1.Overseas Client Visit | Forge long-term foreign trade partnerships
The Sales Department hosted successive visits from Europe and Japan clients to our Shanghai office. After long-term consistent and dedicated outreach, the returns from our earlier market breakthroughs have gradually materialized. These meetings further deepened the cooperative ties between both parties, laid a solid foundation for the continued expansion of our market share, and fully validated the practical value of goal-oriented management.
2.Supply Chain Negotiation | Streamline global logistics with DHL partners
The Supply Chain Department team visited DHL, a long-term freight forwarding partner, to hold extensive face-to-face negotiations. Both parties engaged in thorough discussions on key topics such as ocean freight volatility, space capacity guarantees, global logistics network trends, and the layout of import and export business. They also identified operational bottlenecks within existing collaboration processes and jointly explored actionable solutions for channel optimization and shorten transit lead times.
3.AI Innovation Incentives | Lift operational efficiency through digital tools
The HR&Admin Department has fully rolled out the Incentive Program for Proposal & Implementation of Innovative AI Applications, establishing a dual incentive mechanism consisting of quarterly evaluations and an annual comprehensive review. The program encourages staff across all roles to proactively integrate AI tools into their daily work, tap into digital efficiency solutions, and drive the implementation of innovative ideas. Through digital innovation, it aims to empower high-quality business development.
4.Diversified Skill Training | Enrich multi-dimensional employee development
The HR&Admin Department has launched three exclusive competency development initiatives covering swimming, overseas self-driving and oral English, to support employees’ all-round growth and enrich their personal development paths. The company encourages employees to maintain a work–life balance, continuously acquire new skills, and provides supporting reward policies to motivate all employees to pursue self-improvement proactively.
5.Mid-Year Team Building | Review progress and rally for second-half targets
The Sales, Testing & Technology and Finance Departments successively organized mid-year team-building activities. All teams took this chance to review their work from the first half of the year and discussed work plans and personal development goals; the Sales Department also held a book sharing session on Make It Mine. Everyone enjoyed outdoor leisure time to strengthen their bonds, foster the team cohesion, and gear up to strive for all targets in the second half of the year.
